In Windows XP, there is a network connection in the right-pane side of windows taskbar but with the release of Windows 8, Microsoft removes this network connection indicator. but with Small tiny utility “Network Activity Indicator” you are easily able to get network connection icon in windows 10.
Network Activity Indicator (Download Now) is a small application that brings back the icon with two monitors assigned to the network connection in the system tray area in Windows 10.
Right-click on the Network activity monitor program and select the “Run as administrator“. it will add network connection indicator icon in the taskbar.
Now right-click on the Icon and select the “Settings” option.
and select “Load at Windows Startup” to add this software to run automatically at windows startup.
You also have the option to view “Network Status” “Network Properties” here.
