How to Find Windows 10 version Build Number
Unlike Windows 7, Windows 8 Microsoft won’t go for windows 11 or any other version. it’s now going towards build number. with the release of Windows 10, Microsoft is constantly updating their build number and it’s really good for developers who are working on the windows programs development as in previous versions they need to develop their program towards all version of windows.
In this article, we will discuss multiple methods to find windows 10 build number:-
Method1:- Using Winver Command
Open the Run menu by pressing Windows Key+ R or by right-click on the start menu and select the Run menu and enter the “winver” command without quotes.
it will show you windows 10 build number as shown in below image.
Method2:- Using Command Prompt
Open the command prompt by search “cmd” or press Windows Key + R and enter the “cmd” without quotes.
It will show you version number in the top like below image.
Method3:- Using Setting menu
Navigate to Start > Settings > System and click on the “About” it will show you OS build number.
Method4:- Using Systeminfo command
Open the command prompt and enter “systeminfo | findstr Build” command without quotes.
