Windows 10 comes with a feature of whitelist or blacklist your own WiFi. It’s always irritating to view lot’s of neighbors wifi when you open your windows 10 PC. if you will whitelist your WiFi then you are only able to see your own WiFi.This helps you connect to the appropriate network to your device.
Here is the Step-by-Step process to Whitelist Your WiFi in Windows 10:-
Step1:- First you need to open Command prompt with admin right’s, to do so Right -Click on the Start menu and select “Command prompt (admin)”
and enter the command “netsh wlan show profile” to view the available WiFi.
Step2:- Now enter below command, only one thing you required here is to enter your SSID, that you want’s to whitelist. even you have Home wifi network type will be infrastructure.
netsh wlan add filter permission=allow ssid=”YOUR SSID HERE” networktype=infrastructure
Like in my case “virushai” is my SSID, so my command will be
netsh wlan add filter permission=allow ssid=”virushai” networktype=infrastructure
after entering the command, it will give you “The filter is added to the system successfully”
Note:- I have written a post for people looking for the best wifi card to buy?, do read it If you are interested.
Step3:- To restrict other WiFi, use the below command

If you want to revert back this, enter the below command
